RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through our website (“Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This Policy is drafted in accordance with:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

  • Information Technology Act, 2000

  • GDPR (where applicable)



1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Music Bundles, Audio Downloads, Programs)

All digital products including but not limited to:

  • Music bundles

  • Meditation audio files

  • Downloadable soundtracks

  • Online digital programs

  • Streaming-based access products

are non-returnable and non-refundable once successfully delivered.

1.1 Legal Basis

Digital products constitute intangible goods delivered electronically. Upon successful access, download, or streaming access, the service is deemed fully performed.

As per applicable Indian e-commerce norms, refunds are not mandatory for digital goods once delivered.


1.2 Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same transaction.

  • Payment deducted but product not delivered.

  • File is technically corrupted and our support team is unable to provide a working version within 72 hours.

All claims must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


1.3 Digital Asset Protection Clause

All digital content is licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files.

  • Upload to public platforms.

  • Use for commercial resale.

  • Modify for resale purposes.

Unauthorized distribution constitutes a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957 and may result in legal action.


2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We accept returns for eligible physical products subject to the following:

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Product must not be damaged due to misuse.

  • Original invoice must be provided.


2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Clearance or discounted items (if marked final sale).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.


2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement
    OR

  • Refund

at our discretion.


3. REFUND PROCESS (Physical Products)

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approval notification will be sent via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before digital download access is granted.

  • Before physical product dispatch.

Once digital access is granted or order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.


5. PAYMENT GATEWAY & CHARGEBACK POLICY

We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

In case of unjustified chargeback disputes:

  • Access to digital products will be revoked.

  • Legal remedies may be pursued.

  • Transaction and IP logs may be submitted as evidence.


6. GDPR COMPLIANCE (For EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA):

  • You have the right to request access to personal data.

  • You may request correction or deletion of your data.

  • You may request restriction of processing.

  • You may withdraw consent where applicable.

However, the “right to withdrawal” under EU distance selling rules does not apply once digital content delivery has commenced with your consent.
